Interview Process - What to Expect
The interview process at Inova involves several conversations to discuss your qualifications, skills, and motivations. It’s an opportunity for us to ensure you’re a great fit for our company culture, and just as importantly, it allows you to evaluate if Inova aligns with your career aspirations.
Step 1
Initial Screening and Assessment
Once we receive your CV, our recruitment team conducts an initial screening to evaluate your suitability for the role.
Selected candidates are contacted to confirm their availability and discuss expectations.
Step 2
Departmental Interviews
Candidates who pass the screening and assessments move forward to interviews with relevant department heads.
Step 3
Final Interview with the CEO & HR Discussion
Shortlisted candidates meet with our CEO, where the conversation centers around our company vision and values and your future role and potential impact at Inova
Step 4
Offer and Onboarding
Once the offer is accepted, our onboarding process begins to ensure a smooth transition into your new role.
